Terms of Service

By using LoveNest, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — we've made them as clear as possible.

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LoveNest, operated by Helyonex. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using LoveNest on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

⚠ Important

LoveNest is a private couples platform. Each shared space must be used by exactly two consenting adults.

Eligibility

To use LoveNest, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
Use a valid email address for account registration

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LoveNest only for its intended purpose — a private shared space for couples. The following are strictly prohibited:

✕Sharing illegal or harmful content

✕Attempting to access other users' data

✕Using the platform for commercial purposes

✕Reverse engineering the application

✕Uploading malware or malicious code

✕Impersonating any person or entity

✕Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

✕Using the service to harass others

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration
You must promptly update information if it changes
You must not share your credentials with anyone other than your partner
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in LoveNest — memories, notes, rules, and everything else.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your partner.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate use of LoveNest at any time:

By You

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
Notify you via email for material changes
Provide at least 14 days notice before significant changes take effect

Continued use of LoveNest after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of LoveNest shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, except where prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
